Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Project Director/Clinical Research Manager with a pharmaceutical background with extensive experience line managing CPM's and/or Study Managers


• Management of the team of Clinical Operation Managers responsible for the operational aspects of clinical trials
• Responsible for participating in the selection and qualification of CROs for a study or project
• Responsible for the management of the budgets for the clinical studies in the project
• Responsible for CRO contract negotiations and management of contracts
• Management of the collaboration with CROs
• Responsible for reporting to the Global Head of Clinical Operations ongoing key study and budget metrics
• Active leadership of project team activities


• Proven track record in managing staff responsible for Phase 1 to Phase 3 clinical trials
• Degree in biology or any other relevant scientific discipline
• At least 15 years of experience in the Pharma or a Biotech industry or within a CRO
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
• Proven project management and negotiation skills
