With response rates soaring towards 20 per cent, AstraZeneca, Merck and Bayer are among a growing number of pharmaceutical marketers teaming up with brand engagement specialists Kyp Systems.
Generating a 19.75 per cent response rate for US pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, Kyp Systems’ iKyp webkey marketing tool was recently used in a campaign to connect notoriously hard to reach medical professionals with online information on their Zomig product.
Appealing to the natural curiosity of the consumer, the iKyp engages the recipient with information through interactive features such as wheels and pull-out booklets.
Other recent campaigns Kyp Systems have worked on include a Bayer Diabetes iKyp support guide for young people receiving diabetes diagnoses, and a Merck HPV awareness guide including audio testimonies.
Paul DiMattia, Executive Director Commercial Operations for AstraZeneca says of the iKyp, “We are always looking for ways to appeal to health care professionals with useful and relevant information the way they want to receive it, and this innovative campaign ticked all the boxes”
Nicholas Miller, CEO of Kyp Systems, the creators of the iKyp, said: “With the industry focusing on issues such as the influencing chain and patient lifestyle choices, it is critical that pharmaceutical communications provide a richer engagement with their audiences. The success of Kyp Systems’ and the iKyp in this industry is due to the fact we are meeting that need.”
