Consumers with access to theActiveHealth Management (ActiveHealth®) personal health website MyActiveHealthSM can now access their health information through the iTriage® mobile and Web app. More than 4 million people have Personal Health Records (PHRs) on MyActiveHealth, and more than 7.5 million people have downloaded iTriage.
iTriage is an app that helps consumers research what might be wrong when they experience medical symptoms and where they should go for help. With expanded mobile access to the MyActiveHealth PHR on iTriage, current users can now take their personal health information with them to the point of care via their smart phone.
Personal health information is often spread across a number of sources. PHRs give consumers a way to electronically store important health information in one location, making it easier to access and share with treating physicians.
iTriage and ActiveHealth share a mission of empowering consumers to take control of their personal health and care. An updated version of the iTriage app with the integrated sign-on is available for Android™ and iOS mobile devices.
