Specialist Supplier to the Life Sciences Recruitment Industry

Established in 2001, we work purely within the Life Sciences recruitment market and are the only recruitment company in the world to be doing so. Working on both a retained and contingency basis, we globally recruit Life Sciences Researchers and Consultants at all levels for search firms and recruitment consultancies working within the life sciences industry.

We also place life sciences recruiters into in-house internal recruitment positions within pharmaceutical companies, CROs and biotechs, both on a contract and permanent basis.

Our other consultancy services include:

• A freelance talent pool of 18 Life Sciences Researchers
• Career Consultancy for Life Sciences recruiters
• Territory analysis reports for recruitment companies looking to set up overseas
• Advisory services, consulting with clients on new flourishing niches within the sector, for example

Our People

We have a team of 22 which is made up of 4 permanent staff and 18 freelance researchers. All of the freelancers are Life Sciences search specialists, a lot of them with either academic or employment experience within the pharmaceutical industry before moving into recruitment.

Tim Connolly and Nick Workman, the two Directors, have over 20 years experience of recruiting life sciences recruiters and others, both within the UK and overseas.

Current Opportunities

We are dealing with over 90 live opportunities within Life Sciences recruitment currently. Most of these roles are in the UK but we are dealing with an increasing amount of opportunities in Europe, USA and the Asia Pac.

Roles range from Researcher and Resourcer level up to Managing Director level, within search and contingency firms, within multi-nationals and boutiques.

With this vast array of opportunities it is logical that we should be able to offer improvements to everyone’s current situation. This could be in terms of financial package, career progression, management opportunities, cultural factors, geographical reasons or other factors.
