Job title: Sponsor Contracts Analyst

Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a Sponsor Contract Analyst to be based from our .

Job Details:

The Sponsor Contracts Analyst will be responsible for pricing clinical trials and preparing costing associated with change orders in existing contracts. The role sits within our Global Finance Team and provides the opportunity to work with different sponsors. We are seeking applications from candidates with previous finance experience in a clinical research environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of change orders and contract amendments for assigned portfolio of clients
  • Prepares the budget and or costing for contracts
  • Ensure development of contracts and revising scope of study through participation in team meetings and review of detailed financial analysis
  • Liaising with clients  
  • Prepares the payment schedules and cash flow analysis
  • Works with the Project Teams, Finance and Business Development to capture all elements of the contracts or change orders

 

Eligibility/Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excel Advanced Excel skills required (e.g. using formulas, Vlook-ups, pivot tables etc.)
  • Former finance or contracts experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
  • Understanding of project financial analysis
