TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Learning Technology Training Manager to join one of our biotechnology partner companies in Atlanta, GA. This is a permanent position, which will be primarily office based with some flexibility to work from home.     The successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client.     TalentSource is the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions.

TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Learning Technology Training Manager to join one of our biotechnology partner companies in Atlanta, GA. This is a permanent position, which will be primarily office based with some flexibility to work from home.

The successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client.

Key Accountabilities:

The Learning Technology Training Manager will lead the development, implementation and management of all technology related learning needs. This role is a full-time, office based position in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities will include supporting all Learning Management System needs, including user needs management, assessment management, resets and item & curriculum testing and creation. Another core function for this role is to be the in-house expert and producer for all virtual learning programs utilizing the Adobe Connect platform. Secondary responsibilities to the LMS and Virtual training may include CRM tool/system training of the field sales force and other technology platforms used in the creation of patient values.

Job specific tasks and responsibilities:

· Manage the Learning Management System (Success Factors), including all LMS administration needs for the US Organization.

· Lead the development and production of virtual training capabilities utilizing the Adobe Connect Platform.

· Lead the training execution of learning technology related tools and resources such as CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

· LMS Admin Service level response within 24 hours of request.

· Collaboration and partnership with US Performance Training Team based upon team feedback.

· Quality and execution of virtual learning programs.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree, or similar, in a related field or equivalent experience.

· Must have experience in a similar position

Skills & Knowledge:

· Strong understanding of SuccessFactors LMS System and Adobe Connect virtual learning platform

· Basic knowledge and understanding of system integrations

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Ability to produce high quality English-language documents

· Superb attention to detail; able to produce high quality, on-time deliverables

· Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional global teams

· Proactive, with a flexible approach

· Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

· Continuous improvement skills would be beneficial
