Know Allergies names Greg Rayburn as CEO

CHARLESTON, S.C., July 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Know Allergies, a premier maker of allergen-free granola bars, announced today the appointment of Greg Rayburn as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), effective August 1, 2017, to lead the Company as it meets growing demand.

Mr. Rayburn initially partnered with Mr. Amos Bartlett, founder of Know Allergies (, in 2016. By early 2017 Know Allergies bars were launched in Earth Fare stores. Based on current demand, Mr. Bartlett asked Mr. Rayburn to join the Company as CEO.

"Greg has been an outstanding partner over the past year and has been instrumental in getting the Company to this point," Mr. Bartlett said. "I am looking forward to working more closely with him as our CEO as we continue to grow."

Mr. Rayburn has significant experience as CEO of multiple companies over a 30-year career, most recently as Chairman and CEO of Hostess Brands. In 2014 he partnered with Dr. Todd O'Gara, the founder of Flurowater, Inc. As Chairman and CEO he guided that company through a highly successful rebranding as Wanu Water ( Wanu Water is now sold in several national retail chains including Sprouts and The Vitamin Shoppe.
