DENVER, Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CCRM, one of the nation's leading fertility networks, has named Diane Ravech as the vice president of network contracting. She is responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with commercial payers and self-insured employers for the CCRM network.

Ravech is an accomplished healthcare executive with experience in leadership roles for healthcare systems, hospitals and physician practices. She possesses strong corporate, organizational and management skills to assist the CCRM network in achieving its financial and client satisfaction goals.

Ravech previously served as the vice president of payer strategies for Women's Health USA where she developed and executed the managed care strategy and negotiating with health plans on behalf of more than 600 physician and collaborative provider partners. She also provided oversight to value-based arrangements, including pay-for-performance and patient satisfaction programs for ob/gyn and infertility physician practices.

Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Ravech was the director of planning and marketing at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She was responsible for strategic planning and marketing of clinical programs, certificate of need reporting, physician recruitment and network sizing. Diane also held management positions in acute care hospitals in health information management and quality assurance departments specializing in reimbursement models using severity-adjusted case mix algorithms.

"Diane's breadth of experience and industry knowledge make her uniquely qualified to take on this new role and help advance the company's goal of expanding access to families seeking world-class infertility care," said CCRM CEO Jon Pardew. "She will be a tremendous asset to the CCRM network."

After receiving her B.S. degree in Health Information Administration at Ithaca College, Ravech completed her M.P.A. at Penn State University's Capital College School of Public Affairs.

She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Health Information Management Association, and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Ravech has served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Greater, Hartford and New Haven CT Chapter since 2010.
