PLANO, Texas, Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kern Health Systems (KHS)—the largest managed Medi-Cal health plan in Kern County, California—recently went live with Jiva™ 6.1, ZeOmega®'s end-to-end population health management (PHM) platform. As part of KHS's criteria, implementation had to take less than a year. This was a major challenge, considering California's complex compliance laws. KHS and ZeOmega met the challenge together, implementing Jiva in less than a year from the date the contract was finalized—a significant accomplishment for all involved.

Out of the box, Jiva 6.1 adheres to the majority of California's healthcare industry regulations and governance standards.
