Particularly, within an incident management capacity, aggregate data offers insights into trends and consequently, recognition of factors that could impact the occurrence of number of incidents.  Data analysis presents opportunities to evaluate current policies and processes in place and assess level of compliance with state statutes and regulations.  The need to review this data at an organizational level is made all the more clear given the recent conversations surrounding lack of comprehensive compliance oversight in states highlighted in the joint report released in January 2018 jointly by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG), Administration for Community Living (ACL) and Office for Civil Rights (OCR).

Users can generate different graphs displaying aggregate data over any number of fields. Generated graphs can be exported to Excel, PDF, CSV, and other formats. Dashboards can be customized, and users can configure their dashboard based on user preferences. Default dashboards and graph types can also be selected for easier access. Oversight providers can view information for both oversight agency and linked agencies in order to get a quick overview of the vast number of individuals provided services and measure outcomes, regulations and initiatives against the data collected at the service delivery level.
