Tring, Hertfordshire, UK (22.02.2018) Prospitalia h-trak (formerly Healthlogistics) is delighted to announce its partnership with ADB (UK) Limited, to complement its h-trak service with a comprehensive catalogue management service.

This partnership allows Prospitalia h-trak to concentrate on providing its core h-trak system for patient level procedure costing, purchasing, inventory and reporting functions, whilst Trusts requiring catalogue management services can utilise ADB’s Contract+ service. Existing Prospitalia h-trak customers who have been using the eCat catalogue and contract management service will be migrating onto the Contract+ platform as part of a phased managed programme.

Kirk Kikirekov, Managing Director, Prospitalia h-trak Ltd, explained ‘With our new business focus we are confident that we have the right partner to provide catalogue management for our customers. ADB has proven experience in master catalogue services, including the difficult area of tail spend. The Contract+ product provides enhanced functionality previously not available from the eCat service, therefore providing our customers with an enhanced service. "With this partnership, Prospitalia h-trak offers NHS Trusts a more complete service"- enhancing their purchasing process and help meet the NHS eProcurement Strategy objectives.’

When asked about the new relationship, David Marley, Managing Director, ADB (UK) Limited stated ‘This partnership with Prospitalia h-trak is the perfect fit for us because it enables the seamless integration of contract management and catalogue management, which is precisely what our customers have been asking for. An important part of the enhanced functionality is the ability to send existing or new catalogue items out to the market via MultiQuote and then augment existing, or create new, managed contracts. When combined with other features, such as the ability to automatically classify products and predict potential savings, the system provides real efficiency gains and cash releasing savings which Trusts find invaluable in meeting the Carter Review recommendations.’
