We’re looking for a Business Leader for our Neuroscience Franchise to help us achieve our mission of Winning for Patients.

The Business Leader Role:

Our Business Leaders are critical to the achievement of business success.
To do that you’ll build and lead a high performing cross functional team delivering business against sales and patient access goals.

Optimizing your team and financial resources to deliver on defined business objectives, establishing positive and productive working relationships with other internal teams and external customers will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage a field team including Patient Access Managers and Key Account Managers
•Work with aligned head office teams (Market Access, Marketing & Medical) and field stakeholders including Scientific Operations Team Leaders, to ensure shared learning and application of appropriate technical expertise in support of the business plan
•Develop and implement of a cross-functional Business Plan, aligned to the national Business Franchise plan, which maximises the business potential and delivers overall financial objectives including full consideration of sales, market access and service development activities, allocation of people and financial resource
•Gain positive access environment including ensuring appropriate action plans exist and are implemented to deliver access in line with HTA and policy guidance including shaping formulary approval and local guidelines
•Shape business direction as part of the wider Franchise Leadership Team

•A strategic mindset coupled with people and change agility
•Experience in successfully managing and leading teams, including operating in uncertainty
•Ability to lead a cross functional team in a matrix organization
•Experience in coaching an developing others
•A market access, service development, sales or marketing background
•Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
