The Senior Computerised Strategy Lead designs and implements the risk-based quality assurance oversight strategy including audit. Shaping the processes, culture and best practices in audit and risk for computer system compliance activities, you’ll develop a comprehensive overall understanding of the environment, developing tools and procedures to support your strategic goals. Working in partnership  with allocated business areas, employing periodic risk assessments and routine audits whilst working with senior leadership, you’ll become closely attuned to the strategic adjustments required to position Roche at the forefront of QA practices.

As a leader for GxP related issues, you’ll provide direction to PDQ/PDQA, business  system owners and establish relationships with key stakeholders. Tackling quality and compliance issues in functional areas, you’ll work with PDQA staff to raise awareness and understanding of strategic issues and projects and provide training and support to auditors, business partners and study teams influenced by GxP and industry regulation.

With experience of working in a highly regulated environment, you’ll have a significant understanding of quality assurance and risk, gathered in the pharmaceutical sector. Applying knowledge of detailed Computerised Systems regulations and clinical development, you’ll be an agile learner, highly competent strategist and  able to formulate detailed and well considered oversight plans. A confident and capable communicator, you’ll operate at senior level whilst comfortably absorbing compliance trends and information as industries and processes change.
