Job Summary:

I am currently partnering with a Pharmaceutical company in the DACH region who are actively recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join their QA / Supply department to provide oversight of the materials and API's.


Main job responsibilities:

  • Quality oversight of the supply of materials to the client from several suppliers on a global basis, materials including (Chemicals, raw materials, drub subtances etc..).
  • Quality assessments and Quality risk management.
  • Ensure all aspects of the supplier relationship and management are in line and compliant with cGMP's and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead External supplier qualification process.
  • Support Site readiness for inspections.


  • Languages: Fluent English Speaking & writing: Additional languages are an advantage.
  • University degree within a natural sciences topic, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology etc..
  • 10+ years work experience within the pharmaceutical industry with good experience working with API's.
  • Good experience with risk management.
  • At least 3-5 years experience working within Quality assurance or Quality operations.
  • 3-5 years experience within management/project management.
