I am currently looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator looking for the next step in his career as a Senior Clinical Project Administrator in a team oriented environment. The Sponsor is looking for someone who is able to communicate in German and English, French and Italian is a plus.

Senior Clinical Project Administrator (m/f) Deutsch-Schweiz


Duties

?Assist Clinical Research Associates with accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines
?Assist the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving ofclinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standardoperating procedures. Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy andcompleteness
?Submissions to Ethic Committees and Regulatory Authorities
?Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries andclinical data flow
?Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications,correspondence and associated documentation


Profile

?Awareness of knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e.,Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH)guidelines preferred
?Minimum 2 years of experience with ethic and regulatory submissions
?Knowledge of applicable protocol requirements as provided in company training
?Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
?Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of the English AND German language - French and/or Italian is a plus
?Effective time management and organizational skills
?Attention to detail and accuracy in work
?School diploma/certificate or equivalent combination of education, training andexperience; BS/BA preferred
