PPD has an exciting opportunity for home or office based sponsor dedicated Clinical Research Associates, at all levels, to join us exclusively for one of our strategic pharmaceutical partners in Zeist.  PPD works in close collaboration with this partner; you will be dedicated to our client projects and sites throughout the Netherlands.  You will work within their teams, systems and processes with the full support and development from PPD. 

This is a great opportunity for a CRAs working within the life science sector for pharmaceutical companies, CROs or Biotech companies.

You will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process. You shall also be qualified to conduct monitoring activities independently.

The successful candidate will be primarily tasked to set up and monitor clinical trials conducted as part of international projects.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience:

 

Bachelor's degree or licensed certified health care training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Clinical research experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Valid Driver's License.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated performance management abilities.
  • Extensive monitoring experience.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to motivate and integrate teams and teach/mentor team members.
  • Able to effectively prioritize workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • knowledge of relevant regulations e.g. ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, etc
