Job Summary:

Key position providing key input into the strategic approach for the European reporting obligations for transparency and advising EMEA and global affiliates regarding transparency reporting, laws, codes of practice and company policies.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Drives efficiency across all processes from a transparency compliance perspective taking into account a regional approach for EMEA operations and drives continuous improvement
  • Owns overall dispute process and manages complaints process in relation to transparency compliance across the European HQ and EMEA region
  • A subject matter expert in transparency code and disclosure requirements and provides input into transparency and wider improvement projects
  • Supports deviations and monitoring in conjunction with compliance team
  • Business partner to affiliates, legal and compliance teams for transparency reporting requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • An established career in the pharmaceutical industry in a transparency role
  • Recognised practical experience in interpretation and application of the applicable Transparency laws and regulations
  • Previous compliance experience within the UK, European legal/code of practice area, preferably with knowledge of cross-border /Global reporting differences
  • Substantive knowledge and experience with compliance with law, regulations and industry codes relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven influencing ability
  • Strong cross functional management and collaboration experience
