Position Purpose
We are looking for a Senior HRBP with high level of English for a multinational company in pharma sector. Working with a dedicated HR team to align people in the organization to Global and Local Business strategies. As an HR Business Partner, the incumbent will provide guidance and daily support to management on all human resources activities, such as recruitment, performance review, Headcount control, benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior site management intervention.
The position will be reporting to the HR Director in Information & Tech Solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Employee Development: Create a high performance culture by providing guidance on employee performance appraisals, Performance Improvement Plans, Leadership Review, etc.
Compensation and Benefits: In charge of annual salary reviews and bonus planning. Provide compensation guidance to the recruiting function.
Workforce planning and recruitment: Work with the business to develop a hiring and workforce plan based on a defined schedule and provide forecasts to relevant parties as required (approvals, restructuring, etc). This includes being the point of contact for requisition prioritizations.
Employee Relations and Labor Law: Provide HR consulting expertise to all levels of management and employees. Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and resolve through a systematic and analytical approach. Oversee Employee Relations, negotiations, understands to deal with works councils and Union representatives
Guide, train and direct management on the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and corporate compliance.
Analyzes KPIs within the client organization in turnover, hiring, promotions, and separations to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends. Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Assists with the implementation of HR plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and consistent with business goals.
Aligning global business strategies to HR strategies and initiatives, diagnosing business challenges, exploring alternative solutions and recommending best-fit solutions.
Build, oversees and manages HR Budget in close collaboration with the Finance department
   
Qualifications/knowledge:
Minimum of 10 years HR Business Partner experience, including international environments.
Fluent in English language
University Degree in Labor Relations or similar
Familiar with WD system, and Oficinas y despachos Colective bargain would be an important asset
Proficient with MS Office
