Job Summary:

The role of the Business Development Director at GCE Solutions is to lead the sales growth of the business within EMEA. This role will be reporting into the Director Sales and Strategy.



Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.

Enhance organisation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business, science or related discipline.

An established network with some of the world's top 25 Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies.

Demonstrable competency in sales or business development preferably for a Contract Research Organisation or company providing services to the healthcare industry.

A solid understanding of the clinical process (Phase II - IV) coupled with a desire to develop existing knowledge.

Knowledge of EMA regulated drug development process helpful.

Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
