We are looking for some additional support, initially for 6 months, in our operations department working alongside and supporting our Business Analysts. This is a Full Time position but we will consider part-time hours 20/25 per week across 5 days.

We are looking for some additional support, initially for 6 months, in our operations department working alongside and supporting our Business Analysts. The role:

The purpose of the role is to support and assist with financial planning, tracking and invoicing processes, with a focus on reporting of key performance data.

A full job description will be provided ahead of interviews but in brief, duties could include:

  • Managing project trackers, including monthly updates for billing and analysis of budget spend.
  • Producing financial client reports showing forecasting and spend to date.
  • Calculate and present KPI metrics for TMF Operations department as required. 
  • Monitor accuracy of timesheet completion for projects.
  • Completion of month end accrual reporting to Finance.
  • Generate monthly Board pack for the Finance & Management teams.

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Financial administration experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills; must be able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • A keen eye for quality, detail and accuracy
  • Excellent numeracy skills and aptitude
  • Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be an effective communicator at all levels - ability to explain financial information to non-financial teams
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
