The opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to join our IT Infrastructure team in a progressive technology focused business. We are actively seeking a bright individual who can deliver excellent customer service and resolve day to day IT issues in a timely manner to approximately 300 users across multiple locations and countries.

The role:
The main purpose of the job is to be responsible for the day to day operational IT issues which will include responding to telephone calls and helpdesk tickets from users looking for technical help with computer/software problems.  

A full job description will be provided ahead of interviews, but in brief duties could include:

•    Operating help desk for internal and external customers by correctly categorising and prioritising issues.
•    Providing technical support across the organisation relating to IT infrastructure issues.
•    Assisting when required in delivering IT infrastructure strategy tasks/projects.
•    Assisting when required in the build and deployment of new workstations, servers and software applications.
•    Assisting when required in the day to day admin tasks such as adding/amending users, validating backups, performing OS updates, checking anti-virus activities.
•    Assisting when required with execution and testing of the IT business continuity plan.

We are looking for individuals who:
•    Have a proven track record working in an IT environment together with knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
•    Have experience of supporting “in-house” developed tools/applications.
•    Have excellent knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 7 & 10, Windows server 2008/2012) and Office products (Including Office 365).
•    Have knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Exchange (2010 & 2013) and WSUS.
•    Have excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
