As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process for your assigned sites in accordance with ICH GCP, local regulations and PPD SOPs. You will conduct site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance as well as managing required documentation to ensure that data will pass international quality assurance audits.

 

An important part of this role is developing strong and collaborative relationships with investigational sites and as such you will generally be required to perform between 8 and 12 site visits per month. The Barcelona team have a large proportion of their sites located in Catalonia, however you will also be monitoring some sites based in other regions of Spain.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will be an adaptable, organised and detail-focussed individual with a relevant life-science degree and previous clinical trial monitoring experience equivalent to 1 year or more in a CRA role. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish in order to advise, counsel and motivate investigational sites.
