Job Summary:

Dax Kruczkowska of Umbilical Life is recruiting a Clinical Trial Assistant for fast growing business based in Poland. You will have a good sense of structure, accuracy and be quality driven to join a prestigious team, with the ability to hit the ground running.



  • Support clinical project team, including logging, tracking documents, maintaining central files and case report’s for site visits
  • Support the preparation of EC/CA submission packages
  • Set up and maintain meetings and scheduled site visits
  • Comply with ICH-GCP and all applicable local laws and regulations
  • Support development/ improvement of the procedures and templates in the scope of the company’s effort towards continuous quality improvement


  • Educated to degree level you will already have some research or health care related work experience
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and have a meticulous attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Computer literacy: e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
