Title: Process Engineer

Rate: £60 per hour

Location: Manchester

Type: contract (12 Month)

A Fantastic new role has just opened up at one of our leading Manchester based clients offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a hard-working team working on exciting projects in the pharmaceutical sector.

The proposed start date is ASAP - We need YOU

Responsibilities include:

* You will be providing technical discipline and leadership required to maintain, plan and implement robust and capable processes.
* You will have to identify and implement improvements and new technologies to processes to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce costs.
* You will lead the product/process failure investigations; implementing corrective actions and preparing sound scientific reports
* You will authorise and provide technical support for developing processes and equipment documents including URS, DOE and validation documents.
* You will have to provide adequate and documented monitoring of the process through trending, run reports, and tracking Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE). Use OEE to identify process improvements.
* You will have to support departmental change initiatives for continual improvement, specifically around Operational Excellence, 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing applications.


* You will need a degree Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering,
* You will have at least 5 years experience working as an Engineer in a regulated facility, with at least 2 years of Manufacturing experience
