We are seeking an Office Manager to be responsible for offering administrative support to the General Manager or Country Manager and their country / regional team, as well as maintaining the operational efficiency of the local affiliate office.

We are seeking an Office Manager to be responsible for offering administrative support to the General Manager or Country Manager and their country / regional team, as well as maintaining the operational efficiency of the local affiliate office.

Role Summary:
* To manage the relationship with key service providers and where necessary to negotiate contracts in conjunction with the UK legal team.
* Working with the company's IT provider to ensure all computer equipment, including laptops, printers and scanners are operating correctly and that equipment is ordered, configured and ready to use for all new starters.
* Liaising with the finance team to ensure all invoices relating to the office are paid in accordance with the agreed credit terms and ensure costs are in line with budget.
* To meet and greet visitors to the office.
* Together with the Headquarters Office Manager, to ensure all necessary insurances are in place.
* To ensure the office complies with local health and safety requirements.
* Book flights, accommodation and other travel requirements in line with local budgets.
* Prepare letters, forms and local reports.
* Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
* Input onto online systems as required by the business.
* Organise meetings, including set up of Webex and Webinars, lunches and drinks, preparation of documents and typing up of any meeting notes.
* To answer telephone calls and take messages.
* Ad hoc projects as required from time to time.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Proven attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Educated to A-level, vocational level or equivalent
