The opportunity:

A great opportunity to join the Project Management group in a supporting role, helping deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high quality standard.

The role:

As the Project Co-ordinator you will be assisting in the management of projects across eTMF and Resource Operations.  You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and with other members of the project management team to deliver an excellent client project management service, in accordance with the scope of work agreed with our clients. 

A full job description will be provided ahead of interviews but in brief, duties could include:

Working with Project Managers to prepare project documents such as project specifications, User Acceptance Testing, reports and trackers
Project Status Reports: assistance with collating information, formatting & distribution of reports both internally and externally
User Administration: interface with IT (using relevant forms and communication routes to add/amend user roles and rights)
Point of contact for client telephone calls/queries

We are looking for individuals who:

Are preferably educated to degree level or have relevant industry work experience
Possess a demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, time and budget.
Have a thorough knowledge of clinical trials and TMF documentation (including understanding of ICH/GCP and appropriate standards relevant to document management)
Have excellent administrative and IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills
Are innovative, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
