Job Summary:

Gabriel Roberts of Umbilical Life is recruiting a Clinical Trial Administrator to join a global biopharma in the UK.



  • Help Clinical Research Associates, Specialists and other project team members by accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems to track site compliance and performance
  • Make sure that the clinical documentation is prepared, handled, distributed, filed and archived correctly according to standard operating procedures and company guidelines
  • Help with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow
  • Be a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation





  • A degree in life science or equivalent
  • 1-year minimum administrative experience in Clinical Trials
  • Knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements including ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Easily able liaise with Clinical Research professionals
