Job Summary:

Senior Medical Science Liaison – Home based UK – Immunology – Biopharma We are currently looking for a capable and enthusiastic Senior MSL (Medical Science Liaison) to join our growing UK office. This role is not your standard MSL role and you will be highly involved with all aspects of the launch including the developing of the medical and KOL plans, we are preparing for in 2018/2019.

We are currently looking for a capable and enthusiastic Senior MSL (Medical Science Liaison) to join our growing UK office. This role is not your standard MSL role and you will be highly involved with all aspects of the launch including the developing of the medical and KOL plans, we are preparing for in 2018/2019. This is a European role and there will be monthly trips to Germany.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the assessment of medical and scientific team needs within the therapy area 
  • Act as one of the main points of contact for the therapy area and provide credible scientific expertise 
  • Attend and report on regional, national, and international scientific meetings 
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with medical and scientific stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the international medical affairs team 
  • Support development of medical and KOL plans at country level 
  • Design and implement scientific programmes with external KOLs 
  • Develop/increase personal and team knowledge of medical literature and critical appraisal of scientific publications

Requirements:

• Degree or higher level qualification in medicine, science, or nursing 
• Previous medical affairs or MSL experience (ideally 1+ years) 
• Immunology experience ideal 
• Knowledge of the relevant promotional regulations (including equivalent codes in Germany) 
• Clinical research design experience ideal 
• Ability to work with national and international teams
