Job Summary:

Requirements:

Superb role in a Specialist Area - Associate Director with experience in European Advertising & Promotional Material and ideally some experience in Labelling!! Linguistic skills preferred – French & German. Very desirable Central London location. Top Biopharma with an impressive portfolio of Products; excellent package offered. 

Essentially a Leadership and Advising/Promotion role you will possess an excellent track-record in the development of regional plans in order to optimise Regulatory success for Product Communications/Promotional Material and ideally Labelling Strategies. In addition to Strategy you will provide tactical advice to teams in order to implement such Strategies in order to maximise the company's objectives. You will be adept in Post marketing and Life-cycle management and be familiar with interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding Labelling issues.

Reporting to the Senior Director Global Product Communication and the Senior Director Global Labelling, and possessing an excellent working knowledge of Regulatory and Labelling Procedures particularly pertaining to Europe and Marketed Products, your duties and responsibilities will include:-

Promotional Material & Product Communications:

Ensure the application of Regulatory requirements for advertising and promotion communications within the Europe region and other territories as assigned in accordance with Communication and Medical Review SOP's

Regulatory Leadership to ensure that Regulatory practices are fully integrated in all communications for the marketing and post-marketing activities within European and assigned International areas

Responsible for developing the overall product communication strategy for marketed compounds; as a member of the Global Regulatory Team you will provide guidance within product communication materials for the International area.

Global Labelling:

As European Labelling Strategy Lead you be responsible for all European Labelling issues for the whole Life-cycle of Pre- and Post-marketed products

Provide expert guidance on all European Labelling regulations, requirements and trends

Working with cross-functional Teams you will provide expert advice and ensure that European Labelling plans are aligned with Global and European Regulatory Strategies

Represent Labelling on assigned cross-functional and Regulatory Teams 

You will need to establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams: Clinical, Medical, Marketing, Commercial, Core Regulatory Affairs, PVG, Sales Legal etc. to ensure maximum business success.
