My client are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join their expanding team in the South East of England. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a mid-size CRO with an enormous global footprint.

My client are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join their expanding team in the South East of England. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a mid-size CRO with an enormous global footprint.

This role will enable you to work on and solve a variety of problems and provide regulatory input to clinical and regulatory strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that are devoted to not only maintain their standard but continue to strengthen their presence even further.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the RA department in preparing, compiling and maintaining regulatory documentation
  • Advise Clinical and Project Management teams on local regulatory and ethical requirements
  • Provide direction to regulatory strategy for drug development and input to clinical strategies
  • Compile dossiers for Marketing and Product Authorisation
  • Prepare IMPDs, compliance reviews of SmPCs and reviews of product labels and patient leaflets
  • Drive interactions with regulatory authorities and sponsors
  • Develop a RA department based on the requirements of the company and growth of business for the group


REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 year college curriculum or BS/BA degree in a scientific discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in RA in the pharma or biotech industry
  • In-depth knowledge of EU and CEE regulatory submission
  • Exceptional understanding of the drug development process
  • Able to thrive in a stressful environment and ability to work with changing priorities
  • Excellent team-worker
