The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Perform essential administrative activities e.g. receiving, scanning and forwarding mail
* Arrange large meetings within and across the unit. Circulate relevant materials
* Arrange travel across the unit in line with requests, policies and necessary approvals (in conjunction with facilities and travel desk)
* Set up administrative systems for managing the large number of external suppliers that allow robust selection, tracking, payment and evaluation.
* To provide assistance and support to Department as agreed

The applicant:
Experienced administrator
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience of basic accounting/financial approval software EG SAP
