Job Summary:

This role will support our PA for Kyowa Kirin’s CEO and CFO, assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: 
This role will support our PA for Kyowa Kirin’s CEO and CFO, assisting with various administrative tasks:

  • Make travel and accommodation bookings
  • Organise meetings and arrange catering as required
  • Screen telephone calls and handle enquiries where appropriate
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority and provide appropriate hospitality
  • Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments
  • Process expenses
  • Deal with incoming mail and email correspondence
  • Various other ad hoc tasks

About you:
You will be a highly experienced administrator, able to hit the ground running with the confidence to work with people of all levels including our senior management team.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Extensive administration experience with the ability to prioritise your workload and juggle many projects at once
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Passion and flair, with a sense of urgency to get results in a timely manner
  • A sense of discretion with ability to handle work of a confidential nature

You will be based at our Head Office in Galashiels, commutable from Edinburgh in less than an hour.
