In position, as (AP) HEOR Consultant, you will be responsible for: The daily activities of HEOR-related projects, from commencement of project through to completion, ensuring quality, on schedule deliverables. Designing and developing economic models including, cost-effectiveness analyses, cost minimization analyses, budget impact assessments, global models and model country adaptations, deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analyses. Review of clinical effectiveness, quality-of-life and economic evidence for HTA and reimbursement dossiers and provision of gap analysis. The coordination of targeted and systematic literature reviews. Designing and conducting evidence synthesis and statistical analyses on large observational datasets. Providing statistical and economic modelling support to project teams and clients alike. Writing and reviewing associated documentation (e.g. statistical analysis plans, model protocols, technical/analysis reports, executive slide decks, user guides)Effective liaison with KOLs and Advisory boards. The management of a team and any recruitment into the provision. Business development activities

 

In application to the role of (AP) HEOR Consultant we are looking for the following experience: Educated to Degree level. Prior experience working within a Pharmaceutical or Market Access Consultancy/Agency setting in a Senior capacity. Commercial acumen (business development and project handling)Proven ability to conceptualise, build, review and appraise decision analytical models (decision tree, cohort-based Markov models and systems dynamic models)Ability to draft pharmacoeconomic subsections of manufacturer submission dossiers to the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC), All-Wales Medicines Strategy Group (AWMSG) and European Network for Health Technology Assessment (EU netHTA). Literature reviews. Demonstration of previous abstracts, manuscripts, and poster presentations executed.
