I am recruiting to fill a great Senior Account Executive role for my client - a successful Global Medical Communications company based in Manchester .

This would be a great opportunity for an Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience wanting to take the next step up or a Senior Account Executive wanting something more challenging and the ability to work in a Global Accounts setting.


Up to £30k per annum

Company/Role Overview:
This fast-growing and forward-thinking Global MedComms company is seeking talented individuals to join their Accounts team as a Senior Account Executive. This diverse role will offer someone the chance to work on a variety of projects, developing and enhancing their skills further in the industry.
You will be working with clients across the world to deliver a range of unique scientific materials for their needs, being a part of a leading MedComms company will allow you to broaden your talents and experience.

Main Job Responsibilities:
* Attend and arrange internal/external meetings including travel arrangements, refreshments and meeting material.
* Structure budgets and plans in order to fulfil the client brief.
* Help coach junior team members.
* Keep track of budget and costing trackers, sourcing accurate quotes from suppliers.
* General administration tasks including filing, photocopying, archiving.
* Scientific and strategic consultation and publications planning
* Build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service.

Candidate Requirements:
* Must have a BSc in life Sciences.
* PhD or MSc is also desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
* Strong Excel skills with the ability to track financial data.
* Experience in Alzheimer's, hepatitis B and C, HIV, oncology, diabetes, cardiovascular, asthma and immunology.
