Senior Statistical Programmer I

Company: i-Pharm Consulting
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber
Reference: MC04
Closing Date: 23 Nov 17
Type: Permanent
Salary (£): Negotiable
Benefits:

Job Summary:

I'm looking for an experienced programmer that is ideally technically orientated to lead studies for a major CRO. Can be office based in Cambridgeshire or home based from anywhere in the UK/EU.

Requirements:

Are you an experienced SAS Programmer looking to join a leading CRO in the UK, where you could either be office based or work from home within the UK or EU? That also has a great employee benefits package and impressive salary? This is a permanent, full time position that provides exactly that opportunity!

As a Senior Programmer, you will have to be comfortable with planning, coordinating, performing and implementing complex studies. This will mean documenting Statistical programs in line with CDISC Standards, as well as creating TFLs.

You will also be required to program analysis datasets (derived), transfer files for both internal and external clients as well as perform quality control checks for the source data. You’ll also be validating programme studies.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to manage both a team of people and multiple complex studies at once. This will allow you to progress your career in a company that prides itself on providing organic career growth for its employees with lots of opportunities for promotion.

However, it is by no means a line manager position, and still provides the chance to have a ‘hands on’ technical role within programming.

To be a success in this position, you will:

• Have extensive experience in SAS Programming within the clinical industry

• Have experience of working as a project lead

• Have an advanced knowledge of SAS BASE, STATS, Graph and Macros

• Be eligible to work in the UK or EU

What you will get out of it:

• Great opportunity for career progression

• Market leading salary and benefits package

• Exposure to industry leading clinical trials and projects

• Great training (this CRO is known for its excellent learning & development support)

• Fantastic company culture and working environment
