Requirements:

ProClinical is seeking a Project Manager for a multinational biotechnology and pharmaceutical company based in The Netherlands. The purpose of this Project Manager position is to act as a key interface between the customer, business development and operations to deliver and execute (international) client contracts in a GMP environment. This is a permanent position based in Maastricht.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering input for contract negotiations by creating project plans and/or by providing feasible details for project plans with regards to budget, time planning and staffing.
  • Successful coordination of Technology Transfer project progress by developing work packages for core teams in liaison with other departments ensuring that the scope, timelines and budgets (profitability) are met.
  • Proactively find and supervise (solutions to) bottle necks, deviations, risks and changes which could lead to planning conflicts or cost changes.
  • Coordination together with clients and internal department of Technology Transfers which means guiding a research project to clinical study or commercial standards. Complete planning and monitoring for technology transfer that includes all required activities for all departments.
  • Coordinate and motivate multi-disciplinary project core teams.
  • You'll have 2- to 3 clients in your portfolio that you'll manage.

Skills and Requirements:

  • BSC/MSc in business administration with at least four years' Project Management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological environment or CMO.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Good knowledge of GMP regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO functionality, systems processes and controlling multiple high value projects simultaneously within the sector to on time in budget conclusion.
  • Planning and organizing skills, time management, accuracy, people management, problem solving.
  • Exposure to all aspects of project life cycle from acquisition, RFI and RFP stage to Technology Transfer and Clinical Trial Manufacturing Serviced with technical knowledge at all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Site based
