Skills Alliance is currently partnered with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company for the appointment of a QA/QC Manager consultant for a freelance/contract based position on their site in the German speaking area of Switzerland.

The Company

A global healthcare company based in Switzerland that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients worldwide and are estimated to grow significantly over the next few years offering plenty of development opportunities to ambitious candidates is currently looking to recruit a QA/QC Manager who has sufficient experience in the pharmaceutical field for an ongoing project.

The Role

As a QA/QC manager you are responsible for implementing and supporting global AS&T programs in External Supply. Implement ESO AS&T quality system incl tools & processes. You will implement and define all business processes and SOPs to maintain a Quality System within External Supply affecting the laboratory activities (e.g. management of changes, maintenance of testing monographs). Support assessments of analytical Change Control records for acceptability. Define studies needed to support the changes. Ensure that the Testing Monographs are align with the right technique and technology and in line with documentation. Participate in audits on request and lead QC aspects with external suppliers.

Required Skills / Experience

The ideal candidate has a couple of years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, QC, method development, validation or stability testing. Thorough knowledge of cGMP requirements.
