As Site Payment Analyst, you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a prestigious organisation, specialising in a niche rare disease, complemented by a pipeline in other therapeutic areas, including oncology. The Site Payment Analyst is responsible for tracking site payments for sponsor sites across Europe. Working with a level of autonomy the Payment Analyst interacts closely with the Site Activation Manager, Site Contracting Representative and Start up Specialist to ensure effective process is established site payments. The role will be involved through out the life cycle of the study to ensure process is reviewed and maintained effectively. Tasks will include:

  • Tracking of the site and patient costs.
  • Working with the study team during study start up to finalise process for payment triggers and milestone payments.
  • Review of payment schedule reports to ensure payment and configuration information has been uploaded to correctly
  • Approve invoices submitted by sites. Reviewing the contract to ensure invoices are per contract costs and terms.
  • Send out monthly notifications to the study team to notify them of updates/changes.

 

You are:

 

An assured payments analyst able to work with minimal supervision, establishing and resetting priorities as the need arises.

  • Good understanding of financial terms and processes. Experience in clinical trials / drug development setting is ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability, planning and organizational skills, innovativeness, keen attention to detail and excellent follow through.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills, interpersonal, and issue resolution skills are required.
  • A Bachelors degree or higher.
