Skills Alliance, a leading global life science executive recruitment business is looking for a Global Client Services Manager to drive high quality of service and mutual growth through partnership within key UK and European clients.

You will be responsible for developing the ongoing relationship with key clients building to the point of true partnership. This will include MSP, FSP and RPO projects.

As an existing Account /Client Services Manager or an experienced recruiter you will thrive within a challenging and progressive environment, playing a key strategic role in one of worlds fastest growing Life Science recruitment businesses.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team in the UK, EU and US in a highly visible position and of vital importance to the organisation as we continue to solidify our partnerships that have evolved over 13 years.

Energy, enthusiasm and a focused approach to recruitment and client service are required for such a key role for the business.

Your primary duties:

On a day-day basis the core duties for this position will involve:

Work directly with the Senior Management Team to agree and action client development plans.

Work closely with Team Leaders and Consultants to ensure quality and speed of delivery including accompanying staff on client meetings, feeding of new opportunities to relevant teams, follow up of leads generated by sales teams, ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met i.e. Proper use of online portals, correct CV formatting, etc.

Work to develop and expand Skills Alliance services within assigned clients through championing our capabilities and identifying new opportunities.

Act as a brand ambassador, displaying the best qualities of our organisation.

Provide new and forward thinking ideas around business development and client management. Innovative solutions are vital to client partnership and growth.

Key attributes, experience and requirements:

Skills Alliance is looking to recruit confident, self-motivated, determined, and ambitious individuals.

You should be well educated to degree standard ideally, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.

You should have a proven background within recruitment and or Client Services within recruitment industry and understand the various models available and benefits associated with each offering.

You should have experience networking with senior individuals and have the ability to discuss the various recruitment models available.

You should have ideally sold or been part of a sales process for MSP and or FSP work.

You will have experience working in partnership with 3rd party organisations.

You should also be able to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing multiple assignments.
