Job Summary:

We have been appointed by our growing bio-pharmaceutical client to appoint thier Director Market Access EMEA, within their Oncoogy division. The role will heavy global interaction and will be reporting into the VP of Global Market Access. (Plenty of career development over the next year as the company move to a global structure)

We have been appointed by our growing bio-pharmaceutical client to appoint thier Director Market Access EMEA, within their Oncoogy division. The role will heavy global interaction and will be reporting into the VP of Global Market Access. (Plenty of career development over the next year as the company move to a global structure)

You will be tasked with the European Market Access, Pricing and Value stratey of my clients oncology launches across the region. Working with local affiliates and helping to implement regional Market Access and Pricing & Value Strategy.

The right candidate will need to be an experienced Market Access candidate with extensive EU exposure with the pharmaceutical industry. With extensive launch experience across a variety of TA's and with a strong understanding of the challenges faced in launching new drugs within the EU. Coupled with strong Pricing & Value experience.

You will be tasked with:

Setting the strategic direction for regional market access teams

Work closely with Global teams to align market access strategy.

Develop robust pricing and value dossiers. Along with HTA submissions, using economic models.

Build relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate access to patients.

Mentor, support, liaise and occasionally project manage European local managers.

Experience

Extensive experience working within Market Access, Pricing or Health Economics (HEOR) within a Pharmaceutical company.

Degree qualified, Masters or PhD would be preferred

Currently working in a European or Global position within a pharmaceutical company
