Job Summary:

A new opening is available in an award-winning healthcare PR agency, who are market leaders in the industry and are growing from strength to strength. You will have the opportunity to work within a number of markets and liaise with a number of leading pharma & med tech in the industry.



This agency is part of one of the leading healthcare networks in the industry and have grown from strength to strength. Aside from their London office, they also have bases in the US and Canada. Their client mix works across all markets with some of the leading pharma’s and med tech’s in the industry. Aside from PR, they also focus within Life Sciences, Market Access, Consumer Health and Strategic Consulting covering a broad range of therapy areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will establish and maintain relationships with key journalists and bloggers in on and off-line media representing client market sectors including national, business, specialist, trade, regional broadcast and digital channels.
  • You will seek to establish multiple relationships within client organisations including members of the PR, Marketing, Medical and Regulatory teams.
  • You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, utilising digital media tools and digital programs for superior client service.
  • You will ensure timely, quality-driven client reporting, clear delivery of information, appropriate preparation in advance of client meetings
  • You will establish and apply a comprehensive and current understanding of the media, current affairs, the client’s organisation and market sectors and the agencies business proposition.
  • You will manage the administration of accounts ensuring high quality standards are consistently met.  You will ensure that all client information is managed in a current, logical and accessible manner, enabling ease and speed of access by any member of the team.
  • You will adopt a comprehensive blend of management styles and techniques to ensure delivery of client results while motivating, supporting and developing team members.
