Job Summary:

As a member of our team in Europe, you will manage and deliver client projects in Market Access and Health Economics, ranging from the development of value propositions, through field-based value demonstration tools to the deployment of data analysis tools. You will have a specialist knowledge of Health Economic modelling and will use this expertise to help design and build Health Economic models as part of client deliverables.



  • BSc or higher degree in a quantitative subject (e.g. mathematics, economics, etc.) and further specialist training in Health Economic modelling (ideally MSc or similar) or significant work experience in health economic modelling
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in Market Access and Health Economics
  • Experience of designing and building health economic models
  • Experience of managing projects; ability to work across multiple projects, managing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met

Main responsibilities:

  • Participates in service proposition and thought leadership around health economics and modelling
  • Responsible for the planning, resourcing and overall management of projects from initiation to completion, including those with a health economic modelling component
  • Liaises with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that key objectives, milestones and deadlines are met
  • Oversees any internal and external resource and activities required to complete projects
  • Advises and mentors the HE consultant team, helping to develop their skills in health economics and modelling
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising and delegating tasks as necessary to ensure deadlines are met and work is conducted efficiently
  • Able to contribute to proposals where technical expertise/input is required
