Vectura has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Development professional to join Vectura’s Commercial and Business Development team. As Vice President, Business Development you will be integral in supporting Vectura’s organic growth globally. You will support key business initiatives through licensing, M&A and business development activity.

Reporting to the global Executive Vice President of Commercial and Business Development, your experience, expertise and extensive network will enable you to drive strategic external partnerships. Utilising your proven relationship building skills you will have a fantastic opportunity to influence key internal functional stakeholders and Vectura's Executive Leadership Team. As VP, Business Development, you will lead and drive the full business development lifecycle, creating a varied and exciting opportunity to really make a difference.

To be considered for the post of Vice President, Business Development you will be degree-educated and have demonstrable track record of commercial success within the Pharmaceutical industry sector. You will be a proven skilled negotiator, an excellent communicator with experience of developing relationships and influencing internationally. Your proven problem solving skills and strong understanding of the drug development, regulatory and commercialisation processes will ensure you are able to deliver both strategically and operationally.
