An internationally recognised pharma business with a strong sense of research and development across Internationa leading research based pharmaceutical companies. This translates into a developmental pipeline of product taking on some of the biggest theraputic challenges in healthcare. This role as PV Operations Scientist is based within their European Headquarters, working closely with both the Pharmacovigilance teams and the Learning & Development function across the EMEA region, bringing new capabilities to the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Engage the full remit of the role (EMEA), understanding the current skills inventory and identifying a training and support improvements.
- To indentify skills gaps and training requirements within the PV team across EMEA (Europe,Middle East, Africa and Australia)
- Supporting the Head of Affilate Oversight in offering the necessary development to affilate offices.
- Design,implement and maintain a PV training induction programs
- Cordination with Local Safety Officers in affilate offices and Local manager to create suitable induction program.
- Capture CAPAs as it relates to the Pharmacovigilance department.
- Author EEL PV controlled documents.

Requirments:
- Proven and relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Graduate level education (life science,pharmacy or nursing degree)
- Intimate knowledge of UK and European Pharmacovigilance
- Comfortable working on a team with great communication skills
