Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative DMPK scientist to join a growing team in an exciting Biotechnology.

Requirements:

You will be at the heart of developing small molecule drugs for oncology and immunology drugs.The role will involve supporting both the in vivo and in vitro profiling of the compounds to determine the ADME characteristics.You will communicate with cross functional teams and act as the DMPK project representative.

Responsibilities:

  • In vitro profiling ADME such as metabolic stability and CYP450 inhibition.
  • Non compartmenetal analysis and profiling of in vivo ADME such as bioanalysis and study design.
  • Extensive use of LC-MS/MS.
  • Ability to manage a team to ensure the delivery of DMPK on the projects.
  • Provide input throughout the lead optimisation process and during the development of the candidate.

Requirements:

  • Educated to BSc in a related science discipline.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior scientists.
  • Previous experience working in DMPK to drive drug development.
