Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced scientist to become the lead in various project teams for a global pharmaceutical company.


You will be responsible as the expert for all global early development activites in a project ranging from the IND-enabling up to NDA submission. You will have to lead the project teams with scientists from pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, DMPK and clinical biomarkers. The GED will provide strategic leadership within the projects and provide scientific expertise to assist with the development of the drug. You will need a broad understanding of the early development sciences and be able to work exceptionally as part of a team. The individual will also need to participate in project meetings with leaders across the company.


  • Educated to PhD level in a scientific related discipline.
  • More than 7 years working in any of the one early development sciences (Non-Clinical Safety, DMPK or Clinical biomarkers).
  • Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology and modelling & simulation.
  • Experience interacting with the regulatory authorities and contributing to submissions.
  • Knowledge of the drug discovery process and a record of delivering results in the development setting.
