Job Summary:

I am currently working with a global biotechnology company that are looking for a DMPK Project Representative to join their team and provide DMPK expertise on their projects.


As a DMPK project representative you will be responsibile for representing DMPK across the different functioning teams.A good understanding of in vitro and in vivo DMPK is important to extrapolate and decide a human dose prediction.


  • To represent DMPK on cross functional project teams and present a clear strategic DMPK pathway for each compound.
  • Write reports and documents to help with the selection of a clinical candidate.
  • Work with other team members to develop PKPD models to fully assess the concentrations effects on the body.
  • Interpret in vitro and pharmacokinetic data and design studies to address these issues.
  • Attend project meetings and provide scientific expertise for DMPK on the projects.
  • Refine a human dose predicition based on the DMPK data gathered.


  • Ideally educated to PhD level in a scientific related discipline.
  • Vast experience working on DMPK projects.
  • Ability to contribute to a team and assist with the driving the development of compounds.
  • Experience working on in vitro and in vivo DMPK projects.
