Job Title: Sales Key Account Manager

Location: Berlin & Heilbronn, Germany

TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to strengthen the team of one of our TOP 10 Pharmaceutical client Companies in Berlin and in Heilbronn, Germany. The role is meant as a permanent opportunity.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Sales of the product portfolio of BU Pain in hospitals, clinic ambulances and established specialists

· Scientific sales talks with doctors, pharmacists, clinic management and nursing staff

· Building resilient business relationships with all relevant stakeholders

· Organization and implementation of scientific training events

· Participation in scientific congresses, stand supervision

· Development and implementation of product and portfolio strategies for defined target group clinics and networked customer structures

· Transfer of product and portfolio strategies into individual account plans

· Responsible for the operative implementation of the account plans and technical management of the sales representatives to be included

· Price negotiations for products and product groups with pharmacists and clinic management

· Regional budget and sales responsibility in compliance with product strategies and legal and company specifications (FSA Code)

· Leads different employees in networks

Education and Experience

· Prerequisite according to AMG § 75, completed KAM training

· Experience developing account-related product and portfolio strategies

· Experience in the management of complex customer structures, especially in the clinic

· Ideally, business administration or natural science studies paired with sound medical and commercial knowledge

· Industry experience in the health market as well as successful clinical activity

· Health policy knowledge esp. In the clinic market

· Experience in project management

· Ability to think and plan strategically

· Ability to recognize and network complex structures

· Bargaining power and social competence (empathetic, diplomatic, correct, communicative)

· Strong entrepreneurial thinking and conceptual competence (systematic, analytical, well-planned way of thinking)

· Ability to inspire employees for joint projects and to guide them professionally

· Willingness to travel and weekend work (FoBi, congresses)
