Job Title: Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets (SCBA)

Location: Munich, Germany

TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets to strengthen the team of one of our TOP Pharmaceutical client Companies in Munich, Germany.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Establishing contractual arrangements with institutions, examiners, physicians and pharmacies regarding clinical trials, observational studies and Investigator Sponsored Studies in close coordination with international study teams and the Legal Department

· Processing and negotiation of contracts and budgets as well as negotiation of objections by contractors within the parameters set by the Legal Department

· Finalize local study budgets based on international guidelines in close consultation with the heads of the International Study Team and the Pricing Group in the UK

· Creation and maintenance of purchase orders in SAP for clinical trial study contracts

· Execution of quarterly fee payments to trial centers, including the request for processing, verification and tracking of invoices

· Creation and tracking of confidentiality agreements

Education and Experience

· Completed vocational training and experience in the field of contracting / financial administration, preferably in the context of clinical research

· Selfstarter, results-oriented work style including problem-solving, very good organizational and planning skills

· Negotiating skills

· Analytical thinking and enjoyment of dealing with numbers

· Experienced in dealing with MS Word and MS Excel as well as in the application and maintenance of databases

· Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

· Binding, friendly and solution-oriented communication style
