For our London office we are currently looking for a Senior Project Associate.

Brief Description

  • Project Associate provides internal support to PM / PD as a project resource supporting internal systems and systems set-up but also executing day-to-day data analysis of the operational study status (planned versus current) and reporting activities
  • Prepares draft project plan including all sub plans
  • Develops and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) in co-operation with PM / PD and project team
  • Prepares project documents and status reports for PM / PD
  • Prepares study recruitment plan in co-operation with Lead CRA Responsible for assigned tool management including set up and maintenance of the recruitment planning tool ; maintains investigator /supplier portal
  • Initiates, sets up and maintains Management Systems on a regular basis, including CTMS and monthly Project Study reports (to Finance)
  • Oversees implementation of Quality Plan, perform Project Management related quality checks on the study according to Quality Plan and in close co-operation with PM / PD (e.g. Study Manual, CRF completion guidelines)
  • Supports PM / PD in identifying, implementing, reviewing and up-dating project specific operational performance metrics, completes routine administrative tasks in a timely manner


  • The job holder will be able to work independently and reliably showing a high level of ownership. They will possess strong analytical skills, will have a strong focus on detail and will be able to collect and analyze operational information facilitating the decision making process. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be proficient in web based IT systems and will have strong organizational and administrative skills. Analytical mind with attention to details are crucial on this position. The applicants should come with a Life Science Degree and a relevant work experience gained ideally in a CRO environment.
